As the changes or market moves require industries to focus on cardboard and paper rather than plastics, it is ever more a cumulating measure by the government to curtail unnecessary moves in the industry. Maintaining all known wreckages to low levels and errors to a minimum is a cause not many would identify in the wake of this trouble.
